Dividing Line
A line of Cottonwood trees along the Calapooia River near Tangent, Oregon. This is rye grass and sheep country. The rye grass is grown during the spring and summer. The sheep graze during autumn and winter, dropping lambs in late January to early February. Bald eagles begin to patrol this area as lambing season approaches. Oftentimes, they will roost for the evening in these trees.
